Teles Properties has just been supersized thanks to having been recently acquired by the Douglas Elliman brokerage. So, what does this mean for us and for our clients?
As you might already know, Douglas Elliman has acquired Teles Properties. This has been an incredibly exciting change. Friends and clients alike have been reaching out to us asking what this means for me, Teles Properties, and for our clients. Well our firm has been instantly supersized into a national powerhouse.
Douglas Elliman is the largest independent residential brokerage in the United States, with over 110 offices nationwide and more than 7,000 agents. In 2016 alone, they had over $27.4 billion in sales. The brokerage is also the largest in the New York metropolitan area. Their marketing and technology is second to none.
For my past, present, and future clients, this is great news. Our platform and our reach in exposing your home for sale has just been supercharged.
We’ve grown exponentially. Not only do we now have 21 offices in California, we have another 90 throughout the country. A few of our locations include New York, Florida, and even Colorado. Additionally, we’ve got a global partnership with Knight Frank. This gives us a reach of 520 offices across 60 countries.
Not only can I be your local real estate expert, I can also help you buy or sell a home in many different countries around the world by putting you in touch with an agent our team knows and trusts.
We’re so thankful for this opportunity, and know it will be an amazing change moving forward.
