What’s going on in the coastal Orange County market right now?
The number of new homes coming onto the market is down 9.6% compared to April 2016 and the number of homes going under contract went up 1%. Of those homes, they stayed on the market for just 68 days on average compared to 108 days this time last year.
Not only are there fewer homes available, but we can see that more homes are selling, and they’re selling at a faster clip.
