Andy’s excellent negotiating skills brought in a final offer that was very satisfactory. As with all home sales, the usual problems arose. Andy was on top of each and handled them for us in a very professional way. This was extremely helpful to us, as we were out of state during most of the process. I personally don’t believe I would have felt comfortable selling the home at that distance with any other person. In my experience, his integrity is impeccable.
